How to care for your play furniture

Proper care is crucial to ensuring the longevity and functionality of your play furniture. Make sure to clean the covers regularly, but please keep in mind the different requirements of the fabrics.

Vacuum regularly

The upholstery should be vacuumed thoroughly on a regular basis. Vacuum the play furniture. Use a textile-friendly nozzle and make sure you use a low suction power setting to protect the material.

Removable covers

The play furniture has removable covers. The PES covers are easy to wash. Removable covers are especially convenient for regular cleaning. This keeps your play furniture fresh and well-maintained, while also extending its lifespan. Please note: the new wool covers are not machine washable ; they must be professionally cleaned (see below).

Cover material PES

You can easily machine wash the product at 40°C – ideal for indoor use. Please avoid tumble drying, as it is not suitable for tumble drying. When ironing, please use moderate heat (max. 150°C) to keep it in top condition.

Upholstery fabric virgin wool

The product should not be machine washed , as this could damage the fibers. Also avoid using alkaline cleaning agents. If stains occur, act immediately: Dab fresh stains with a soft, absorbent cloth and do not allow them to dry. For more severe soiling, it is best to have the covers professionally cleaned by a specialist.

Cover fabric Cloud

The fabric cover should be washed by hand. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or dry clean (chemical or wet cleaning). Ironing is possible at a low temperature up to 110 °C.
