SHIPPING
Delivery is carried out by DHL or its logistics partners in the destination country.

Standard shipping within Germany costs €6.99. The shipping costs are also displayed directly in the shopping cart. Within the EU, your order will be shipped with DHL Standard and costs €15.99. The shipping costs are also displayed directly in the shopping cart. Shipping to Switzerland is with DHL Standard and costs €34.99.

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, such as Switzerland, additional duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before ordering.

DELIVERY TIME
The delivery time is - unless otherwise stated - approx. 2 weeks in Germany, outside Germany the delivery time may be extended by up to 2 weeks.

If the customer is a consumer, the risk of accidental destruction, accidental damage or accidental loss of the delivered goods shall pass to the customer at the time at which the goods are delivered to the customer or the customer is in default of acceptance. In all other cases, the risk shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the transportation company.
